2024 Summer Arts Institute / Moore Music Company Camp Tuition Payment Form

If you have more than one student registered, or your student plans to attend more than one camp, please fill out the registration form separately for each child/camp. Tuition waivers are valued up to $150. Parent/guardian is responsible for paying any tuition not covered by the tuition waiver.

If your student will no longer be able to attend camp, please email lessons@mooremusiccompany.com to cancel their attendance. In the event of a student cancellation, camp tuition is refundable up to one week prior to the start of camp. No refund will be issued if cancellation notice is received less than one week from the start of camp; however, you may request to transfer your registration/tuition to another one of our Summer Arts Institute camps.

The $25 fee you paid upon registering for camp is non-refundable EXCEPT in the event our camps are cancelled by Guilford County Schools due to unexpected circumstances.
